- Designingandcraftingseasonalmenusthathighlightlocalproduceandreflectthe»farmtotable»philosophy.
- Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithlocalfarmersandsupplierstoensurethefreshestingredients.
- Leading,mentoring,anddevelopingthekitchenteamtoachievehighculinarystandards.
- Managingkitchenoperations,includinginventorycontrol,foodcostmanagement,andadherencetohealthandsafetyregulations.
- Ensuringeachdishmeetsexceptionalstandardsoftaste,presentation,andinnovation.
- Collaboratingwithmanagementtointroducenewideasandculinarytrendstoenhancethediningexperience.
