  • Support with the coordination and administration activities which pass through the HR Team including the HR Director.
  • Support with any payroll related tasks as and when required.
  • Assist with different aspects of the employee recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Support the organisation of trainings (in person & virtual), workshops, events and engagement activities.
  • Track and monitor completion and compliance of HR activities and trainings to ensure appropriate compliance.
  • Manage, support, contribute and coordinate HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

What is important for the role: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. You’re diligent, proactive and eager to learn and contribute. You show excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information. A passion for fashion and our product. Fluent in English (another language desirable). You must be eligible for an internship in Spain. You’re able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university. What we offer: A 6-12 month internship program. Hands-on experience in multiple facets of human resources. Mentorship and learning opportunities with seasoned HR professionals. A collaborative, supportive and informal work environment. Working hours of Monday to Thursday of 9am – 630pm and Fridays 9am-3pm. Study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month. Daily lunch allowance.
