The RoleAs our Senior UI Designer, you will be the driving force behind creating delightful and user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our design language reflects simplicity, clarity, and innovation.Responsibilities

• Design Impactful Interfaces:

Craft pixel-perfect UI designs that balance aesthetic appeal with usability, accessibility, and responsiveness. * Develop Design Systems:Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across our platform and products. * Collaborate Across Teams:Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive designs. * Prototype & Test:Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly. * Ensure Design Quality:Maintain high standards for design output and ensure every interface element aligns with Papaya’s brand and product vision. * Data-Driven Decisions:Use insights from user testing, analytics, and feedback to iterate on designs and validate product-market fit.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:We’re searching for someone who has a keen eye for design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to create clean, elegant, and scalable interfaces.Must-Haves:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interfaces for B2B or SaaS products.
• Tools Mastery: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Design Systems: Proven experience in building and managing comprehensive design systems.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create polished, high-quality designs with a deep understanding of typography, spacing, and layout.
• Adaptability: Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and evolving requirements.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with data-heavy interfaces and dashboard design.
• Previous experience working in a design agency, bringing the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.

Salario Esperado: €40000 – 55000 per year
